Are you a Fort Worth Senior?

These senior photos will always be special to me. It’s because Tatyana’s mom is a good friend of mine.

In fact, her mom and I met a few years ago thanks to the wonders of social media. Her mom, Marcia, messaged me one day on Facebook because she had a question about a photography product I had recently purchased. We made plans to meet for coffee, and as they say, the rest is history. At the time, her daughter, Taty was a freshman or sophomore in high school.

Well, fast forward a few years and Taty became a part of my Class of 2015 Senior Model Team representing Timber Creek High School in Keller. Taty loves science, legos, and forensics. She has plans of studying forensic science in college…as in CSI style.

Fort Worth Senior Photos

One of the advantages of having a client whose mom is also a photographer is that she was able to scope out some locations ahead of time and knew what to look for.

We explored parts of Fort Worth that are hidden gems with lots of texture and pretty light. It was a warm June day, but thankfully not the stifling heat that Texas summers typically bring, and a great day for Fort Worth Senior Portraits.

One of my favorite spots in Fort Worth is a cafe called Brewed. They have a great selection of coffee and a great menu for lunch and dinner. I have yet to try the Chicken and Waffles, but I hear that they are awesome!

Brewed has a great outdoor patio, which is where these Fort Worth Senior Portraits were taken. You wouldn’t know that the other side of this photo is a parking lot. Plus when you have beautiful golden light, you can’t take a bad photo.
