Teri is a senior at Keller High school in Keller. Teri opted to head out to Dallas at White Rock Lake for her senior portrait session. It was a gorgeous November day, with beautiful light and just the right temperature.

Perfect by Texas weather standards! I just love Teri’s chic style, perfectly suited for a fall day, which she showed off in all her outfits during her session. Until she gets to see all her photos tonight, here are just a few I can share!

Senior Portraits at the Lake

The Fall is one of my favorite times of year to shoot senior portraits. I recommend this time of year to my clients to book their senior photoshoot. The weather is typically lovely, you can wear fall outfits and layers, and you won’t be sweating your face off!

While you could try to wear long sleeves and a scarf in the summer, you’d likely pass out from the heat. Texas summer heat is no joke! That’s why I suggest booking your senior portrait session in the Fall or in the Spring. The weather is a lot friendlier, while still unpredictable (like rain!).
