White Rock Lake senior portraits are always some of my favorites. It’s a huge park with all kinds of areas to photography.
I ask my clients how they want to be photographed as well as where they want to be photographed. I’ll ask if they prefer a nature setting or an urban setting. This helps me to narrow down my favorite locations for senior portraits.
Since this is usually the first time a high school senior is being photographed professionally they usually don’t know. But that’s where I can help. I love scouting locations for senior portraits, finding a variety of both nature and urban locations to best suit your personality and style.
I suggested White Rock Lake to Ali, a senior from the Cambridge School of Dallas, as a great park and nature location.
White Rock Lake Senior Portraits
With my senior sessions, professional makeup and hair styling is included. Typically, it’s one of the first times that the senior has had professional makeup applied, and they have creative control. I ask them to pull photos from Pinterest boards to show the makeup artist so that she can get the makeup look just right.
Ali has some of the most amazing green eyes I have ever seen!
I encourage and consult my high school senior clients to wear outfits that they feel most comfortable in, that reflects their personality and personal style.
Ali brought three of her favorite outfits to her senior photoshoot at White Rock Lake. I think each outfit showcased a different side of her quiet and sweet personality.
