We’ll get to know one another, talk about the details of your
upcoming projects/launches/etc and I can help you decide what kind of branding session may suit you best.
Step One: Discovery Call
I recommend booking your personal branding session with A MINIMUM of 4 weeks of lead time, but 6-8 weeks is best. This amount of time will allow you ample time for planning, sourcing props, outfits, and securing a location.
In order to book a session, a signed agreement and retainer payment are due to secure a date. Following a discovery call, I'll send a proposal that you can complete online to make it official.
Step Two: Booking
After you book your session, you'll receive a client questionnaire that will help us plan and strategize your photoshoot. It's a deep dive into your brand and vision for the shoot.
While you complete the questionnaire, I'll do a photo audit of your marketing photos from your website, social media, and any other collateral. Even if you only have smartphone photos - I'll take a look.
Step Three: Brand Questionnaire
The key to a successful personal branding session is planning. You can't just show up and expect that it all works out.
After you submit your client questionnaire, you'll be able to schedule the planning & strategy meeting. We'll go over your questionnaire and I'll recommend the types of photos you need based on your current photo assets and goals of this shoot.
From there, we'll discuss what type of location would work best and any vendors you may need like hair & makeup, personal stylist, or location ideas.
Step Four: Planning & Strategy
It's finally here! The day you've been preparing for. It's time to showcase your business and brand personality. It's my job to direct you and tell you what to do!
If you'd like to bring a business partner or friend or sister or personal hype-woman - they are welcome to be your support squad!
Step Five: Photoshoot!
You can expect your photos to be delivered via an online gallery within about two weeks of your shoot. At that time, we'll also send over details about how you can use these photos.
I hope these photos serve you for months to come. But when you decide that you need to freshen up your photos or need some new content for a new launch or rebrand, I'd love to work with you again!

If you book a full-day session, we’re together for 4-6 hours! (And then your content is ready to go for the next 4+ months!)
Depending on your session, you’ll receive 50-100+ carefully curated and totally on-brand images (enough to cover 4+ months of content!).

I’m the owner and lead photographer at Catie Ronquillo Photography. For nearly 15 years, I’ve photographed people for their weddings, senior portraits, and for the last five years, I’ve specialized in brand photographs for businesses.
I’m also a wife and mom, so I know the special balancing act it takes to run a business and carry the mental load of motherhood. (Fist bump, mama).
