Happy Monday!
How is it September already? It feels as if every year passes by even faster than the last. Something that I want to work on in my own life if to be present in all things. Not get distracted by unimportant things such as my phone, emails, and the swirling vortex that is social media – anyone else get sucked into reading various BuzzFeed posts? Instead, I want to remember to be present in everything that I do and be thankful for everything that I have.
I think it’s one of the best ways to recenter your thinking when you’re feeling like something isn’t going your way. Just remember everything that you have and be thankful for it.
