You might be wondering where you can have your photoshoot. The possibilities are endless. If you have a brick and mortar storefront, the shoot can happen at your store or studio. If you rent office space or work from a coworking space, that’s an option.

You can expect to pay anywhere from $1200-$3500 for a half day shoot with a branding photographer in the Dallas metroplex. But honestly, it can vary a lot. The cost of your shoot will depend on your needs and how you’ll be using your photos. Someone who posts daily on social media will need more content than someone who is only updating their website or headshot. It’s important to talk to your photographer before booking your photoshoot to help them understand exactly what you’re looking for.
When is the best time for Branding Photos in Frisco?
So here’s the thing with branding photos. Unlike traditional portrait sessions that take place outdoors, most branding photoshoots take place indoors. This makes weather pretty much a non-issue.
When it comes to branding photos, I recommend booking them during your slow season. For many entrepreneurs that might be in January, after the rush of the holidays. For other entrepreneurs like CPAs and bookkeepers, slower season is after tax season. For wedding professionals, wedding season typically runs from Spring through Fall in most parts of the country.
So think about when your busiest time of year is and when your slower time of year is. If possible, choose a time when you’re not super busy to book your branding photoshoot. But really, any time of the year is great, with one caveat. If you’d like to include an outdoor location in your shoot, then you’ll have to factor in weather in your decision, so keep that in mind!
