SESSION GOALS:

Brand Vibe: Colorful and vibrant. Artisanal and artistic. Heritage and culture.
Company Mission: I provide a non-judgement zone where she connect with like-minded mujeres who are seeking methods and accountability on their self-healing journey. Healing in a community while being present and using our hands are all tactics to go from surviving to thriving.
Business Process: I begin my workshops with sharing my lived experience then go into education on certain mental health topics. I do an exercise to connect with our inner child to validate her. I proceed by facilitating a breathing exercise to combat feelings of criticism and anxiety that comes with being creative. We begin to craft and I open discussion in the room to allow for a safe space to share about healing, generational trauma, cultural stereotypes, feelings of burnout etc.

Ursula filled out my brand questionnaire, and I got to work creating a brand shoot plan. She chose the Main Street Collective Studio for a location, got her hair and makeup professionally done, and gathered various props to showcase the vibrant colors and an ode to her heritage.
