If you’re like me and don’t have a natural eye for interior design or know what goes together well, Blk Stry Studio is the spot for you. You don’t have to move any furniture, the set ups are ready to shoot!

The Lumen Room Plano – 703 K Ave STE 100, Plano, TX 75074

I was so excited when I heard that The Lumen Room opened a Plano location. I know this is only a complaint that comes from Texans because Texas is so dang big. But now that I live in the northern Dallas area, I prefer not having to drive down to Dallas proper. (I know, I know, first world problem!) However, if you’ve ever had to find parking in Downtown Dallas (between the sketchy parking lots, confusing meters, and employee only parking buildings – parking is such a hassle!)

I digress, I’m so glad that there is a Lumen Room location in Plano. What’s great about the Lumen Room is that the walls are white which maximizes the natural light and natural reflectors. They also have a great selection of furniture which gives the flexibility to style a set to your liking.

Indoor Studios in Carrollton, TX

Black and Light Studio – 2650 Midway Rd #222, Carrollton, TX 75006

I recently shot at the Black and Light Studio in Carrollton and it’s a hidden gem! It’s a great space with big windows (and auto retractable shades), a variety of moveable backdrops, and furniture. You can easily change up the sets. The walls and floor are white which maximizes your use of natural lighting.
