I’ve been reading this book called The 12 Week Year, about how to be more productive and get things done. And I came across this quote.
I love this quote because it really asks the question that I think that high school seniors are faced with as they get ready for the next milestone in life.

Because we only get one.
This is why I love photographing high school senior girls. You are on the brink of a big step in life. You are about to graduate from high school. You are about to start a new chapter in college. Away from home, independent, and on your own for the first time. The first taste of adulthood. But still kind of a kid. It’s a delicate, yet really fun in-between place to be.
I loved my years in college, and trust me, if you thought that high school was fun, college will be an even greater adventure! It’s where you get to spread your wings and fly. You learn so much about yourself and just exactly what you are capable of. I love my high school senior clients! They are young, purposed, and ambitious. They are changing the world one at a time!
