It’s one of those little things that I have to remind myself all the time. If I believe I can do it (aside from things like flying, of course) I’m capable of doing it.
Last month, I embarked on a 20 Class Pure Barre Challenge. Now, if you are familiar with Pure Barre, or have ever been to a class, this is no simple feat. In fact, the first day I started I wondered why I had gotten myself into that situation. But luckily, I was determined to finish the the challenge. Thanks to some online accountability, I made it through. There were days when I wanted to quit. There were days when I didn’t want to go to class. I realized, however, that you must crash through the quitting points in order to get to the other side.
There are sometimes when I’m terrible about following through with something all the way to the end. But this time, I wanted it to be different. I wanted to get from start to the finish line.
And I did!
I was so excited about it. I was so proud of myself to have finished a challenge (especially a workout challenge) all the way through without quitting or giving up.
What do you believe you can do? What challenge are you about to tackle?
Let me know in the comments! I’d love to cheer you on!
BUYING a HOUSE! And THEN, doing Sue Bryce’s 28 day challenge.
