Sometimes you just have to get out of your comfort zone and play.

A few weeks ago I had an idea. The idea grew into a shoot idea, and I invited my senior models to participate.

I’m by no means a master of light, but I thought that playing and experimenting with flash and light would be fun. It was so fun! Actually, I wasn’t even very sure how the photos would turn out, but for an evening out with my team, it was good fun, full of laughs. These girls crack me up! It’s great to push yourself out of your comfort zone and what you know. I think I’m definitely more fond of natural light, but pushing your creativity is good for the soul. These were taken at McPherson Park in Southlake.
