Staff and team headshot sessions can take place on-location at your office or another location of your choice. For teams working remotely, new hires, or small teams, we can shoot at our Dallas-based studio. Group sessions are billed per-person with the price going down in tiers. The first 4-9 people at $149, employees 10-19 billed at $129 each and so on. For teams on-location there is a $199 location fee.

Definitely! No matter what size team or staff you have, we can photograph the whole team together or in smaller groups by department. Whether you need an image of everyone together or photos of the individual departments or teams, we can help.

Do you offer headshots at events?

Yes, we can definitely set up a headshot booth at events. Whether it’s part of a convention, expo, or sales meeting, we can help you create awesome headshots. What if we can’t get everyone together on the same day for our corporate headshot?

The nature of office work has changed a lot, especially since 2020. Some teams are fully remote, some hybrid, and some gather in the office for meetings only. If it’s a challenge getting your entire team together, we offer easy solutions. We usually try to coordinate with an in-office date, whether that’s a quarterly meeting, training, etc. Then, for anyone else who missed the date, we can set up either another date in-office or allow employees to schedule their own time. Whatever the situation is, we make it easy so that everyone gets a great headshot that’s consistent with the company brand.

Based in Prosper, Texas and travel throughout the DFW Metroplex is available. Serving medium and large companies in Plano, Frisco, Allen, The Colony, McKinney, Addison, Dallas, Richardson, Irving, Las Colinas, Arlington, Denton, Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Flower Mound, Lewisville, Coppell, Farmers Branch, Carrollton, and surrounding areas.
