I recommend booking your personal branding session with A MINIMUM of 4 weeks of lead time, but 6-8 weeks is best. This amount of time will allow you ample time for planning, sourcing props, outfits, and securing a location.

In order to book a session, a signed agreement and retainer payment are due to secure a date. Following a discovery call, I'll send a proposal that you can complete online to make it official.

After you book your session, you'll receive a client questionnaire that will help us plan and strategize your photoshoot. It's a deep dive into your brand and vision for the shoot.

While you complete the questionnaire, I'll do a photo audit of your marketing photos from your website, social media, and any other collateral. Even if you only have smartphone photos - I'll take a look.

The key to a successful personal branding session is planning. You can't just show up and expect that it all works out. 

After you submit your client questionnaire, you'll be able to schedule the planning & strategy meeting. We'll go over your questionnaire and I'll recommend the types of photos you need based on your current photo assets and goals of this shoot.

From there, we'll discuss what type of location would work best and any vendors you may need like hair & makeup, personal stylist, or location ideas.

You can expect your photos to be delivered via an online gallery within about two weeks of your shoot. At that time, we'll also send over details about how you can use these photos.

Fantastic! To reserve your brand shoot date, we’ll need a completed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit. Following our discovery call, I'll send a proposal with a contract and invoice. Once the deposit is paid and contract signed, you're official!

WE love your work and we’re ready to book! What’s the next step?

Galleries typically include 50-200+ images depending on your collection choice. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully-edited high resolution images you use for your website, marketing collateral, sales pages, landing pages, social media and more. If you need anything for large scale printing (like a billboard) just email me!

How many photos are typically included and where can I use them?

We typically add travel fees on to any branding shoot outside of a 60 mile radius from my  home in Prosper, Texas. Out of state shoots require a airfare, hotel + per diem. Fees vary depending on location so ask for more details.
