I’m the owner and lead photographer at Catie Ronquillo Photography. For nearly 15 years, I’ve photographed people for their weddings, senior portraits, and for the last five years, I’ve specialized in brand photographs for businesses.
I’m also a wife and mom, so I know the special balancing act it takes to run a business and carry the mental load of parenting (fist bump, fellow parents).

frequently asked questions
When should I book my session?
I recommend booking your session at least four weeks in advance. This will allow for everyone to coordinate their schedules and make sure they can be on-site for the company photoshoot.
What if we need more shoot time?
During your consultation, we'll discuss your goals, needs, and vision for your shoot. We'll figure out what amount of time will help your vision come to life. If you decide on the day of that you need more time, you'll receive an invoice for the additional time.
What do we wear and where will we shoot?
During your planning call, we'll talk about the type of look you want your team to have. After that, my team will send a custom style guide with outfit recommendations for the photoshoot.
As far as location, we can come on-site to your office or a designated venue. Sometimes, companies will hire me for their annual meeting since everyone is gathered at that time. If you need location recommendations, that's certainly something we can discuss!
What if I’ve never had my photos taken before and don’t know how to pose?
That’s 100% okay. Most of my clients have not had a brand shoot before working with me. I will help you plan your shoot, so that we make sure to highlight all the important components of your brand. I will absolutely guide you through posing. I won’t leave you hanging.
When will I get my photos?
Final retouched photos will be delivered within 10 business days after all team members have made their headshot selection.
