Dubsado’s Free Trial
Dubsado offers an unlimited trial period with up to three clients. That’s amazing! Most CRM’s offer a 14-day or 30-day trial, which honestly, isn’t enough time to figure out, especially if you have other things going on in your business that demand your attention.
Every new platform or software has a learning curve, and I’ll be honest, Dubsado has its own learning curve, too. So having the time to explore and figure things out is great. Dubsado also has regular webinars to help with setup and use which is really helpful, especially if you’re a visual learner.
Dubsado for contracts & payments
I recently booked a new client and used Dubsado to send the contract and invoice. It was so seamless and easy. I even told my client that I was using a new platform (so to forgive any hiccups), but she signed the contract and paid the invoice without any issues.
It’s great that Dubsado integrates into PayPal, Stripe, and Square. I integrated my Dubsado to my Square account and the payment came through without a hitch.
Dubsado for scheduling
I’ve looked into a couple of different schedulers and they all have their pros and cons. However, what I really wanted was a scheduler that would feed into my system. When Dubsado released the option of scheduling within its platform, it was a gamechanger!
Dubsado for Automation Workflows
One of the amazing features of Dubsado is the automation workflows. I didn’t realize the power and freedom that automation can give you until I started tinkering with Dubsado’s automation options.
Let’s just say…no more sending emails at intervals or trying to remember what email to send when! Set up the workflow and BOOM it’s done.
My clients are getting all the details and communication they need to prepare for their session and since they are all automated, I’m not sending a single email! Of course, if they ask a question, I’ll reply personally, but as far as the workflow goes, it’s all covered!
Dubsado’s Canned Emails
I’ve been a Gmail/GSuite user for a long time. I’m a big fan of Gmail. BUT, their canned emails leave lots to be desired. I wish that there was a way to edit in bulk, or bulk delete. Since their isn’t editing canned emails is very cumbersome.
Enter Dubsado’s Canned Emails. Yesss. Finally. You can see and edit each and every canned email. Write it once, save it, implement it, boom.
What do you think? Want to give Dubsado a try? Here’s my Dubsado Link! Check it out and you can get 20% off your first year. Remember, the trial is not time-bound, so you can check out all the features and even use it on three clients to decide if it’s right for you.
