I saw this floating around on social media and I had to share it.

I believe that as women, we are often way too hard on ourselves. We don’t see our true beauty on the inside and outside. We’re quick to point out our flaws and weaknesses and often have trouble pointing out our strengths and talents. It’s crazy! But I believe it’s at the core of being a woman. We all go through it, and that’s why it’s so important to surround ourselves with friends and loved ones who encourage us in times when we don’t feel like encouraging ourselves.

You have to watch this video. It shows an art project by a forensic artist. The artist does not see each woman, but instead asks her to describe her features. Then the artist brings in a complete stranger who met the same woman and asks them to describer her features. The results are definitely eye opening.
